Promo constructor services
How to order the promo-tools of “promo-constructor” and pay for them in our online shop:
- Do I need to register at the shop's website to pay for “Promo-constructor‘s tools?
- The promo tools of “Promo-constructor” can be paid for without registering, however registration can be very useful (for example, once registered you will not need to enter your data every time you visit), and the registration also gives you the ability to view the history of your orders.
- When you are on the page of a tool you want to select, please click on the image of the basket below the image (picture in the top left corner), after that the selected promo-tool will automatically be added to your electronic shopping cart (basket).You can choose an unlimited amount of available promo-tools from “promo-constructor” in one order. The total number of ordered tools in the basket is shown in the upper part of the site. To pay the selected tools please click the "Checkout" button in the top right corner. The total price is shown in rubles (p.), the payment will be charged from you in your national currency by the current exchange rate.
- Important note: Please, when you select tools for your promotion, take in a view the format of your release / product (genres, types of music etc). If there are genres too far from your one in the description of the promo tool the promotion will be ineffective.
- Important Note: The tools of “promo-constructor” must be ordered and paid separately from the goods and tickets which are on sale in this shop in the other sections.
- How to pay for the selected tools of “promo-constructor”?
- When you are on the checkout page, enter your contacts: e-mail, cell phone number, in the appropriate fields. In the comment field, please add a short information about your project to be promoted (label, product, release, shop etc) and a link to the page of your project / product.
All data must be filled in accurately. This will be used by the promo-tools-providers to contact you after payment is made (for registered users data is entered automatically using the registration fields, but you need to add a comment). After that please choose a convenient payment plan and follow the instructions
- Important Note: If you need an invoice please add in the comment section a request: “I need an invoice” during the payment process and the invoice will be sent to the e-mail address you added, within 5 working days.
- In addition to the standard options of payment like PayPal, Visa or MasterCard card etc, you can choose an option to pay with the manager’s support. In that case our manager will contact you within working days and will explain in detail any unclear points, but please note that in this case, an additional 10% will be added over the total price of the order.
- What happens next, after the payment of selected services?
- After the payment is done we / the promo-tools providers will contact you within 5 working days (using the e-mail you gave us when making payments, to start work on the tools you have chosen.
- What should I do if something is going wrong and no one has contacted me within 5 working days (and there is nothing in the spam box)?
