A collection of the rarest and earliest recordings of British darkwave band ATTRITION, many never before released. Remixed and enhanced from the original 4 track tapes and live recordings. The raw post punk of the early live shows evolving into the dark electronic atmospheres of the first recorded works.. The compositions are melodic, but focused to agitate more than enthrall. The mood evoked by this tuneage is surly and dissident. The live tracks are abrasive and reminiscent of an angrier Joy Division.
